Monrey L. Griffin, Sr. is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Respectra Skilled Nursing, where he leads the organization with a steadfast commitment to compassionate, high-quality, and compliant long-term care. His leadership philosophy is rooted in dignity, respect, integrity, and patient-centered care, ensuring that every resident is treated as an individual whose voice, preferences, and choices matter.
With more than 25 years of healthcare administration experience, Mr. Griffin brings extensive expertise in operational leadership, financial stewardship, and regulatory compliance. He holds both a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from Webster University and has a strong background in healthcare finance, budgeting, and organizational management.
Mr. Griffin’s professional experience includes 15 years of service with the VA Medical Center and 10 years in long-term care, with over a decade in senior managerial and executive leadership roles. He is a Missouri Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) with more than ten years of experience overseeing skilled nursing and long-term care facilities, focusing on regulatory compliance, quality improvement, resident safety, and staff development.
